CRM & Data Entry: Record call outcomes, update customer profiles, and log feedback in software like CRM or MS Office. Target Achievement: Meet daily, weekly, or monthly metrics regarding call volume, lead conversions, or resolved tickets.

- Education: Minimum 12th Pass or High School Diploma (a bachelor's degree is a plus). Communication: Explicit verbal skills in English and relevant local languages. Technical Skills: Basic computer knowledge, typing proficiency, and familiarity with CRM tools. Soft Skills: Active listening, patience, resilience against rejection, and good phone etiquette.

Pay: ₹19,374.00 - ₹38,723.00 per hour
