Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to explain telecom products and services.
- Handle inbound customer queries and provide accurate information.
- Generate leads and support sales conversions.
- Maintain and update customer databases regularly.
- Follow up with customers to ensure service satisfaction.
- Work towards assigned daily, weekly, and monthly call and sales targets.
- Address customer complaints and escalate issues when necessary.

Required Skills

- 6 months or 1 year experience in telecalling field.
- Valuable communication skills in Tamil and English. Knowledge of Hindi is an added advantage.
- Basic knowledge of telecom products and services.
- Good convincing and negotiation skills.
- Ability to handle rejection and work under pressure.
- Basic computer knowledge, including MS Office and CRM tools.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
