Job Summary

We are hiring an aggressive, outcome-driven Executive - Digital Marketing & IT Sales who has direct hands-on experience selling Digital Marketing Services (Meta Ads, Google Ads, SEO, Website Development) to B2B clients and business owners. If you know how to pitch PPC ROI, handle price objections, and close digital services over a phone call, this role is for you.

Timings: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM (Day Shift)

Key Responsibilities

Conduct daily cold calls and follow-ups with prospective B2B and B2C clients (Business Owners, Founders, Marketing Heads). Pitch full-funnel digital marketing packages including Meta Ads (FB/IG), Google PPC, Local SEO, and Custom Web Development. Explain campaign objectives, Cost Per Lead (CPL), CTR, and Return on Ad Spend (ROAS) in simple language to non-technical business owners.

Handle client doubts, negotiate packages, present quotations/proposals, and close sales over the call. Track leads, follow-up timelines, and deal stages using CRM tools (HubSpot/Zoho/Excel).

Eligibility & Must-Have Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree / Graduation.



Minimum 1-2 year of proven inside sales / telemarketing experience specifically selling Google Ads, SEO, Meta Ads or Web Development Services.

Proven capability in handling both B2B (Corporate) and B2C (Individual/Small Business) sales calls.

Expertise in cold calling, objection handling (pricing/competition), value pitching, and independent deal closing.

Must understand how Meta Ads, Google Ads, and SEO work for small and medium businesses. Solid conceptual clarity of PPC, SEO, SMM, and CRM workflows.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi.

Laptop/Desktop + High-Speed Internet connection (for Remote/WFH setup).

Immediate joiner preferred.
