TELE SALES EXECUTIVE

Location: Arumbakkam, Chennai (Work from Office)

Salary: Fixed + Uncapped Incentives as per Industry norms

Experience: 6 months to 1 year (Freshers may also apply)

Job Type: Full-time, Permanent

- Make inbound and outbound calls to potential customers and explain company services.
- Understand customer requirements, generate leads, and convert prospects into sales.
- Follow up with customers and achieve monthly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate customer records and daily call reports.

Requirements

- Diploma or any graduate.
- Good Tamil communication skills with basic to good English proficiency.
- Spoken Knowledge of Hindif, Telugu is an added advantage.
- Robust communication, convincing, and negotiation skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and a target-oriented mindset.
