Position: Telesales Executive – Voice Process

Open Positions: 5

Location: Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu

Joining Preference: Immediate Joiners Preferred

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls.
- Explain training programs, course details, and services to prospective customers.
- Respond to customer enquiries and provide accurate information.
- Follow up with leads and support admissions and sales conversions.
- Maintain customer records and call reports.
- Deliver professional customer support and achieve assigned targets.

Candidate Requirements:

- Good verbal communication skills.




- Robust customer-handling and convincing abilities.
- Basic computer knowledge and willingness to work in a voice process.
- Freshers and experienced candidates may apply.
