Job Summary

Proclivity Digitech Pvt. Ltd. is looking for motivated and target-oriented candidates for the position of ELD Sales Executive. The candidate will be responsible for generating sales by contacting US-based trucking companies, fleet owners, and independent truck drivers to promote Electronic Logging Devices (ELD), GPS tracking solutions, and fleet management services.

The ideal candidate should have strong communication and convincing skills, a sales-driven mindset, and the ability to achieve monthly sales targets in an international B2B environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound sales calls to US-based trucking companies, fleet owners, and independent truck drivers.
- Promote and sell ELD devices, fleet management solutions, GPS tracking systems, and related services.
- Generate leads, identify potential customers, and build a strong sales pipeline.
- Explain product features, benefits, pricing, and service plans to prospective clients.
- Identify customer requirements and recommend suitable ELD solutions.
- Handle customer objections, negotiate pricing, and close sales deals.
- Follow up with prospective customers to convert leads into successful sales.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, follow-ups, and sales conversions in the CRM system.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Build and maintain solid relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth customer onboarding and service delivery.
- Stay updated on ELD products, industry requirements, and competitors' offerings.

Eligibility Criteria
- Education: Minimum Higher Secondary (10+2); graduates preferred.
- Experience:



6 months to 2 years in international sales, B2B sales, telesales, or outbound calling preferred.
- Communication Skills: Excellent spoken English with confidence in handling US customers.
- Sales Skills: Strong pitching, negotiation, objection-handling, and closing abilities.
- Computer Skills: Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM tools.
- Industry Preference: Candidates with experience in ELD sales, US trucking, logistics, GPS tracking, or fleet management will be preferred.
- Shift Flexibility: Must be comfortable working US night shifts.
