We are looking for a confident, enthusiastic, and result-oriented Telesales Executive to generate leads, connect with prospective customers, promote the company's services, and develop strong customer relationships over the phone.

The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and persuasion skills, a customer-focused approach, and the ability to achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

1. Telecalling & Lead Generation

- Make outbound calls to prospective customers and follow up on leads.
- Identify potential customers and generate new business opportunities.
- Explain the company's services to prospective clients.
- Schedule meetings and appointments for the sales team whenever required.

2. Customer Relationship Management

- Build and maintain positive relationships with existing and prospective customers.
- Address customer queries and provide accurate information about the company's services.
- Follow up with interested prospects to improve conversion rates.
- Maintain professionalism while communicating with customers.

3. Reporting & Documentation

- Maintain records of calls, leads, customer interactions, and follow-ups.




- Update customer information in the CRM system or Excel spreadsheets.
- Prepare daily calling reports and provide updates to the reporting manager.
- Track lead status and ensure timely follow-ups.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Graduate in any discipline; relevant qualifications are an advantage.
- 1–3 years of experience in telesales, telemarketing, telecalling, or lead generation.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Robust convincing, negotiation, and customer-handling abilities.
- Ability to handle objections and convert leads into sales.
- Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in MS Excel.
- Experience with CRM software is an added advantage.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and comfortable making outbound calls.

The candidate should demonstrate a positive attitude, a willingness to learn, and the ability to work in a target-driven environment Pay: ₹8,800.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
