Telesales Executive – IT Services

We are looking for a Telesales Executive – IT Services to connect with potential business clients, generate sales opportunities, and promote the company's IT services through outbound calls and telephonic communication.

The role involves cold calling, lead qualification, understanding client requirements, presenting IT solutions, conducting follow-ups, and converting prospects into customers. The ideal candidate should have robust communication skills, a persuasive sales approach, and the ability to achieve daily calling and sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to potential business clients to introduce the company's IT services and solutions
- Generate and qualify leads through cold calling, existing databases, online research, and other prospecting channels
- Connect with Founders, CEOs, Business Owners, Directors, and other relevant decision-makers
- Understand client requirements, business challenges, and technology-related needs
- Pitch services such as website development, software development, mobile app development, digital marketing, and other IT solutions offered by the company
- Explain service benefits, pricing structures, and potential business value to prospective clients
- Conduct regular follow-ups with interested prospects to schedule meetings and move sales opportunities forward
- Handle client queries, address initial objections, and identify prospects with genuine buying intent
- Schedule qualified appointments and coordinate with the Business Development or Sales team for further discussions
- Maintain accurate call records, lead details, follow-up schedules, and sales updates in CRM, Excel, or Google Sheets
- Achieve assigned daily calling targets, qualified lead targets, appointment targets,



and sales objectives
- Maintain professional communication and build positive relationships with prospects throughout the sales process

Experience Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in telesales, telecalling, inside sales, IT sales, or B2B sales preferred. Experience selling IT services, website development, or digital marketing solutions will be an added advantage.
