Job Summary

We are looking for enthusiastic and result-oriented Admission Counsellors / Telesales Executives to guide students and working professionals interested in pursuing an Online MBA program from NMIMS University.

The ideal candidate should have positive communication skills, a convincing personality, and the ability to convert leads into successful admissions through effective calling, counselling, and follow-ups.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to prospective students and working professionals regarding the Online MBA program.
- Explain course details, specializations, eligibility criteria, fees, admission procedures, and program benefits.
- Understand students' career goals and recommend suitable Online MBA options.
- Follow up with interested candidates and convert leads into successful admissions.
- Handle student queries and resolve concerns professionally.
- Maintain regular follow-ups and update lead details in the CRM or reporting system.
- Achieve daily calling targets, admission targets,



and other assigned sales KPIs.
- Assist students throughout the admission process, including application completion and document submission.
- Maintain professional communication and build strong relationships with prospective students.

Required Skills
- Excellent verbal communication and convincing skills.
- Strong sales, negotiation, and lead-conversion abilities.
- Ability to handle objections and follow up with prospective students.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Excel or CRM tools.
- Target-oriented approach with a positive attitude.
- Good interpersonal skills and the ability to work in a team.

Eligibility Criteria
- Graduates will be preferred.
- Experience in telesales, educational counselling, admissions, or inside sales is preferred.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills and a willingness to learn may also apply.
- Candidates should be comfortable making outbound calls and working with sales targets.
