- Outbound & Inbound Calling: Contact both cold and warm lead lists, perform follow-ups, and respond to incoming customer inquiries.
- Lead Generation & Qualification: Identify customer needs, evaluate prospects, and forward qualified leads to the marketing team.
- CRM & Data Management: Record call outcomes, update customer profiles, and ensure accurate database records using tools such as MS Excel or CRM software.
- Target Achievement: Achieve or surpass daily, weekly, and monthly targets for call volume, lead generation, or conversions.
- Customer Feedback: Carry out short surveys, address minor complaints, and communicate market insights to management.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
