Job OverviewWe are seeking a motivated, persuasive, and articulate Telecaller to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for handling outbound and inbound phone interactions with potential and existing customers. Your primary focus will be to generate business leads, promote our products or services, maintain an accurate customer database, and ensure exceptional customer satisfaction.

An ideal candidate possesses excellent telephone etiquette, strong negotiation abilities, and the resilience to handle objections or rejection professionally.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

- Customer Outreach: Initiate outbound calls to prospective and existing clients using predefined scripts to introduce company offerings.
- Inbound Handling: Answer incoming customer inquiries promptly, providing accurate information about products, pricing, and services.
- Lead Generation & Conversion: Qualify potential leads through targeted questioning, nurture interest, and guide prospects through the sales pipeline.
- Database Management: Keep accurate, up-to-date logs of all customer interactions, call outcomes,



and feedback within the company’s CRM system.
- Issue Resolution: Handle customer complaints, address grievances, and provide productive solutions or route calls to the appropriate internal teams.
- Target Achievement: Consistently meet daily, weekly, and monthly performance targets, including call volume and conversion metrics.

Skills & Qualifications

- Education: High school diploma or equivalent (12th pass minimum); a bachelor's degree in marketing or business is a plus.
- Experience: 0–2 years of experience in telecalling, customer support, telesales, or a BPO setup (Freshers with strong communication are welcome).
- Communication: Exceptional verbal communication and active listening skills in English (proficiency in Hindi or other regional languages is highly advantageous).
- Technical Savvy: Basic computer literacy, comfortable with data entry, and exposure to spreadsheet tools (Microsoft Excel) or standard CRM software.
- Personal Attributes: Strong persuasion and negotiation capabilities, high patience, empathy, and ability to work under target-driven pressure.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
