1. Handle inbound and outbound calls for bookings and inquiries.
2. Explain rooms, packages, tariffs, and offers to guests.
3. Follow up with leads until bookings are confirmed.
4. Record all calls and booking status in the CRM or register.
5. Coordinate with Front Office, Reservations, and Events teams.
The job role is for Sneh Agri & Resort Pvt. Ltd. (A sister company of Sneh Precast & Virtuoso).
Preferred candidate profile
Graduate or HSC.
