Job Responsibilities

- Support the department with calling activities and backend coordination/processes.

Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.

Handle incoming customer calls and answer queries professionally.

Explain products/services and share relevant information with customers.

Generate leads and follow up with interested customers.

Maintain regular follow-ups to convert leads into sales.

Update customer details, call records, and follow-up status in Excel/CRM.

Coordinate with the sales team for customer requirements and order processing.

Handle basic customer complaints and escalate issues when required.

- Prepare basic daily call and sales reports.

Skills Required

Positive communication and interpersonal skills.

Confident and polite telephone manner.

Knowledge of Basic computer MS Excel/Google Sheets is preferred.

Good follow-up and convincing skills.

- Hindi and basic English communication skills.
