Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and communicative Telecaller Sales Executive to handle inbound and outbound calls for order placement, coordinate with clients on payment and delivery follow-ups, and maintain effective communication with all stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle incoming and outgoing calls to take and confirm customer orders

- Coordinate with clients and vendors for timely order follow-ups and confirmations

- Follow up with parties for regular payment reminders and collections

- Share product catalogs and promotional material with customers via WhatsApp

- Maintain accurate records of calls, orders, and payment statuses

- Address customer queries and complaints related to orders, payments, and products

Qualifications

- Minimum 12th pass; a graduate degree is preferred

- 0–2 years of experience in telecalling, customer service, or coordination roles

- Solid communication skills in Hindi and English

- Basic knowledge of computer, MS Office, and WhatsApp for catalog sharing and record-keeping

- Candidates who have worked in a distributor firm strongly preferred

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
