– Telecalling Executive – Banking & Finance
Privy Solutions is hiring Telecalling Executives for loan recovery and payment follow-up processes.
Responsibilities:
- Make calls to customers regarding pending loan payments.
- Follow up with customers for overdue payments and payment commitments.
- Assist customers with payment-related queries.
- Maintain proper records of calls and customer responses.
- Communicate professionally and politely with customers.
Requirements:
- Minimum qualification: 12th Pass.
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
- Positive Hindi communication skills.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Confident and positive attitude.
