Job Title: Sales Tele Counselor

Gleuhr Wellness Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Telecaller Sales Executives to connect with potential customers over the phone, understand their needs, explain the company's products and services, and convert leads into sales. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, convincing abilities, and a target-oriented approach.

Key Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to potential customers and follow up on leads.

Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products or services.

Explain product features, benefits, pricing, and available packages.

Convert interested prospects into customers through effective counseling and sales techniques.

Follow up with potential customers to close sales.

Handle customer queries, objections, and concerns professionally.

Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

Maintain accurate customer records, call details, and follow-up updates.

Build positive relationships with customers and ensure a valuable customer experience.





Coordinate with the sales team and report daily sales performance to the reporting manager.

Required Skills

Excellent verbal communication skills in Hindi; English , Punjabi.

Strong convincing, negotiation, and sales skills.

Good listening and customer-handling abilities.

Confidence in handling outbound calls and customer objections.

Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM software.

Ability to work in a target-driven environment.

Positive attitude, patience, and willingness to learn.

Daily outbound calls and customer follow-ups.

Lead conversion and sales performance.

Achievement of assigned sales targets.

Customer engagement and query resolution.

Proper maintenance of customer records.

Must be willing to sign a 2-year agreement with the company.

Willing to do 5 to 7 days unpaid training in Chandigarh.

Timing-9:30 AM to 6:30 PM-Monday to Friday on rotational off, Saturday and Sunday are working.
