About the Role

We are looking for a Telecaller to drive the sourcing, counselling, verification, and onboarding of scooty trainers for Aatm Nirbhar Scooty Driving School. This role requires strong communication, follow-up, and candidate conversion skills.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to potential scooty trainers, explain the opportunity, and convert interested candidates.
- Manage the complete trainer onboarding journey from lead identification and counselling to documentation and activation.




- Verify mandatory documents and assets including Driving Licence, Petrol Scooty, PAN Card, Bank Details, and RC.
- Coordinate trainer schedules for safety orientations, field evaluations, and onboarding activities.
- Maintain daily calling, follow-up, recruitment, and onboarding records using Google Sheets and CRM tools.

Requirements

- Fresher or 1 to 3 years of experience in telecalling, recruitment, sales, partner onboarding, or a similar role.
- Excellent Hindi & Kannada communication and strong persuasion, follow-up, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to handle high-volume calling and work towards daily/monthly conversion targets.
- Proficiency in Google Sheets and basic CRM/reporting tools.
- Highly organized, disciplined, and comfortable working from office in a target-driven environment.
