We are looking for an enthusiastic and confident Telecaller to join our school’s Admissions & Marketing team. The candidate will be responsible for contacting parents, explaining school facilities and admission procedures, following up on enquiries, and helping increase student admissions.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to parents regarding school admissions.

- Handle incoming calls and admission enquiries.

- Explain school facilities, curriculum, fee structure, and admission procedures.

- Follow up with interested parents and schedule school visits.

- Maintain records of enquiries, follow-ups, and admission leads.

- Support the marketing team in achieving admission targets.





- Build positive relationships with parents and provide accurate information about the school.

Requirements

- Good communication and convincing skills.

- Basic computer knowledge and the ability to maintain enquiry records.

- Experience in telecalling, sales, counselling, or school admissions is preferred.

- Freshers with valuable communication skills can also apply.

- A positive attitude and a target-oriented approach.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
