Job Summary LA Excellence Academy is looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Telecaller Executive to connect with prospective students and parents, provide course information, generate admission leads, and support the admissions team in achieving enrolment targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to prospective students and parents from provided databases.
- Explain the academy's courses, programs, fee structure, and admission process.
- Follow up with interested leads and encourage them to visit the campus or proceed with admissions.
- Handle incoming enquiries professionally and resolve basic queries.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, follow-ups, and admission status.
- Coordinate with the Academic Counselling and Admissions teams.
- Achieve daily calling targets and contribute to monthly admission goals.




- Communicate politely and maintain good relationships with prospective students and parents.

Required Skills and Qualifications
- Minimum qualification: Intermediate or any Degree.
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
- Positive communication skills in Telugu and basic English.
- Hindi communication skills will be an added advantage.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with Excel or Google Sheets.
- Good convincing, listening, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle calls, follow-ups, and targets effectively.
