Cokonet Overseas helps students explore international education opportunities by providing guidance and support throughout their study-abroad journey.

We are looking for an enthusiastic and proactive Telecaller to connect with prospective students, manage leads, and coordinate with our overseas education counseling team.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Excellent communication skills in Malayalam and English.
- Basic computer knowledge, including MS Office, Google Sheets, and CRM tools.
- Interest in customer interaction, lead management, and sales.

Roles and Responsibilities
- Contact leads generated through Meta Ads, the company website, WhatsApp, and other marketing channels.
- Introduce Cokonet Overseas services and explain study-abroad opportunities to prospective students.
- Understand student enquiries and qualify leads based on their eligibility and interests.
- Schedule counseling appointments with Overseas Education Counselors.
- Conduct timely follow-ups with prospective students to maintain engagement.
- Maintain accurate call records, lead details, and follow-up status in the CRM.




- Coordinate with counselors to ensure smooth lead handovers.
- Respond promptly to assigned enquiries and maintain consistent communication.
- Work toward daily calling, follow-up, and appointment-booking targets.

Pay: ₹3,000.00 - ₹5,000.00 per month

- Ulloor, Thiruvananthapuram, Kerala: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
