Telecaller – Legal Services / Client Coordination

Salary: ₹15,000–₹25,000 per month

Work Location: Netaji Subhash Place, Delhi

Experience: 1–3 years preferred

We are looking for a confident, professional and target-oriented Telecaller to join our legal consultancy team. The candidate will be responsible for contacting potential clients, explaining our services, handling enquiries and coordinating follow-ups.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls and respond to incoming enquiries.
- Explain the company's legal consultancy services in a clear and professional manner.
- Understand client requirements and record relevant information.
- Follow up with prospective clients and maintain regular communication.
- Maintain call records, client databases and follow-up trackers.
- Update information in Excel or CRM software.
- Coordinate with lawyers and internal teams regarding client enquiries.
- Follow up on pending documents and client responses.
- Maintain professionalism and confidentiality while handling client information.
- Achieve assigned calling, follow-up and conversion targets.

Candidate Requirements
- Graduate preferred.




- 1–3 years of experience in telecalling, telesales, customer support or client coordination.
- Excellent Hindi communication skills; basic English communication preferred.
- Confident speaking skills and the ability to explain services clearly.
- Comfortable making outbound calls and handling client objections professionally.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Google Sheets and CRM tools.
- Good follow-up, persuasion and interpersonal skills.
- Patient, responsible and organized.

Preferred Experience Candidates with experience in legal services, financial services, banking, insurance or consultancy businesses will be preferred.

Work Location: In Person – Netaji Subhash Place, Delhi.

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
