Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Telecaller at IdentifyX. The Telecaller will handle outbound and inbound calls to prospective and existing clients, provide clear information about IdentifyX’s AI solutions, and respond to basic product and service inquiries. Daily responsibilities include maintaining call logs, updating CRM records, following up on leads, and scheduling product demos or meetings for the sales and customer success teams.

The Telecaller will also support lead qualification,



gather feedback from clients, and collaborate with internal teams to improve communication and outreach strategies.

Qualifications

- Strong verbal communication, active listening, and professional telephone etiquette skills.
- Ability to build rapport, handle objections, and provide clear, concise explanations to diverse stakeholders.
- Basic familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) tools and maintaining accurate call records.
- Organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize calls and follow-ups effectively.
- Comfort working independently in a remote environment and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- Interest in healthcare technology, AI, or medical software; prior exposure to healthcare or tech sales is an advantage.
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; a degree in business, communications, or a related field is beneficial.
- Ability to work full time hours with a consistent schedule and meet performance targets.
