We are looking for an enthusiastic and confident Telecaller to connect with customers, explain company services, generate leads, and follow up with prospective clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers.
- Explain products and services clearly to customers.
- Generate leads and follow up with interested prospects.
- Maintain daily call records and update customer information.
- Schedule appointments and coordinate with the sales team.
- Achieve assigned calling and lead-generation targets.
Requirements
- Qualification: PUC / Any Graduate.
- Experience: Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
- Good communication and convincing skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and MS Excel skills.
- Kannada and English communication skills preferred.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
