We are looking for enthusiastic and target-oriented Telecallers to join our telesales team in Lucknow. The candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls, generating leads, explaining products and services, following up with prospective customers, and converting leads into sales.
Key Responsibilities
1. Make outbound calls to prospective customers and follow up on leads.
2. Explain company products, services, features, and benefits to potential customers.
3. Identify customer needs and recommend suitable solutions.
4. Generate qualified leads and convert prospects into sales.
5. Maintain accurate records of calls, customer details, follow-ups, and sales activities.
6. Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and sales targets.
7. Handle customer queries professionally and maintain positive customer relationships.
8. Coordinate with the sales team to ensure timely follow-ups and lead conversion.

Update customer information and call outcomes in the company's CRM or tracking system.
10. Follow company calling guidelines and maintain professional communication.
Eligibility Criteria
- Minimum qualification: Any Graduates preferred.
- Experienced (Solar Experience preferred) candidates can apply.
- Good verbal communication and convincing skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Excel preferred.
- Ability to handle customer objections and work towards sales targets.
- Positive attitude, confidence, and a customer-focused approach.
