2. Handle inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries.
3. Explain company products, services, offers, and schemes to customers.
4. Generate leads and identify potential business opportunities.
5. Follow up with interested customers and convert leads into sales.
6. Maintain customer databases and update call details in the system.
7. Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and sales targets.
8. Schedule appointments and coordinate with the sales team
