Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to prospective clients (exhibitors, corporates, pharma, industrial and other B2B companies)

- Follow up through WhatsApp, SMS and email

- Send company profiles, introductory mails and follow-up mails

- Identify who is participating in upcoming exhibitions and pitch our stand design and fabrication services

- Qualify leads (budget, show, stand size, timeline) and hand them over to the BD team

- Maintain call logs, lead status and follow-up dates in the CRM or Excel

- Meet monthly targets for calls, qualified leads and meetings fixed

Requirements

- Graduate in any stream (BMS/BBA/marketing preferred)

- 1–3 years in telecalling, inside sales or lead generation (B2B experience is a plus; freshers with robust communication can apply)

- Fluent in English and Hindi; Marathi is a plus

- Good written communication for emails and messages

- Comfortable with Excel/Google Sheets and email

- Confident, persistent and good at follow-ups

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
