Kalpanika.ART is looking for a confident and motivated Telemarketing Executive to connect with potential customers, explain our products and services, generate leads, and support the sales team.

Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to potential customers and follow up on leads.
- Explain products and services clearly to prospective customers.
- Generate leads and identify potential sales opportunities.
- Maintain customer details and call records.
- Follow up with interested customers to support conversions.
- Achieve daily and monthly calling and lead-generation targets.
- Coordinate with the sales and marketing team.

Requirements
- Good communication and convincing skills.
- Confidence in speaking with customers over the phone.
- Basic computer knowledge and MS Excel skills.
- Ability to handle customer queries professionally.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
