We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Telecaller (MSW) to join our team at Mindful Rejuvenation Hospital Perumbavoor The ideal candidate will handle inbound and outbound calls, maintain effective communication with patients and clients
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound patient calls professionally and efficiently.
- Provide information regarding hospital services, appointments, and procedures.
- Maintain patient records and follow up on appointment confirmations.
- Manage front desk operations including visitor management and scheduling.
- Assist in handling correspondence, filing, and basic office documentation.
- Maintain daily reports and assist with administrative support as needed.
Requirements:
- Experience: Minimum 1–2 years of telecalling
- Education : MSW
- Skills:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Robust organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Pleasant personality and customer-centric approach.
