We are seeking a agile, result-oriented Telecaller to join our growing recruitment team. In this role, you will act as the first point of contact for potential candidates. Your primary responsibility will be to connect with job seekers, pitch active career opportunities, screen profiles based on basic criteria, and schedule them for deep-dive interviews with our recruitment consultants.Key Responsibilities

- Cold and Warm Calling: Initiate high-volume outbound calls to potential candidates from internal databases, job portals (Naukri, Indeed), and LinkedIn.

- Job Pitching: Clearly explain active job openings, company profiles, job roles, and compensation packages to prospective candidates.

- Initial Screening: Conduct basic telephonic screening to evaluate a candidate’s communication skills, experience, CTC expectations, and notice period.

- Interview Scheduling: Coordinate and line up interested, qualified candidates for interviews with Recruitment Consultants or clients.

- Follow-ups:



Ensure regular touchpoints with candidates to track their interview status, document collection, and final onboarding.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Education: Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate in any stream.

- Experience: 0 to 2 years of experience in telecalling, inside sales, telesales, or customer support. Prior experience in a recruitment consultancy or BPO environment is a major plus.

- Communication: Exceptional verbal communication and active listening skills.

- Persuasion: Strong convincing, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities over the phone.Basic proficiency in MS Office

- Resilience: A highly motivated, target-driven mindset with the ability to handle rejection positively.

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
