About the Role

We are looking for a confident, enthusiastic, and responsible fresher with good communication skills to join our team. The ideal candidate should be comfortable interacting with people, handling phone calls, coordinating with clients, and supporting day-to-day business communication.

This role offers an opportunity to gain practical corporate experience, develop professional skills, and learn about business operations in a supportive work environment. Training and guidance will be provided.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle incoming and outgoing calls professionally.
- Communicate with clients and other business contacts in a polite and professional manner.
- Understand enquiries, provide appropriate information, and coordinate with the relevant team members.
- Maintain proper follow-ups and communication records.
- Assist with routine coordination and communication activities.
- Ensure timely responses and a positive experience for people interacting with the company.




- Learn company processes and handle assigned responsibilities efficiently.

Required Skills
- Good verbal communication skills and a confident speaking style.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with email, WhatsApp, and MS Excel or Google Sheets.
- Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and adaptability.
- Good listening, coordination, and follow-up skills.
- Qualified behaviour and the ability to communicate politely with different people.
- Responsible, organised, and able to manage assigned tasks on time.
