Position : Tele caller Executive

Location : Shivranjani, Ahmedabad

Working Days : 6 days

Working Hours : 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM

Weekly Off : Monday to Thursday (any one day)

Key Responsibilities

- Contact potential customers and follow up on assigned leads through calls.
- Schedule and coordinate appointments for prospective clients with the sales team.
- Collect, verify, and maintain accurate customer information and records.
- Understand customer requirements and provide relevant information about the company's projects and services.
- Conduct timely follow-ups to maximize lead conversion and customer engagement.
- Coordinate effectively with the sales team to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Required Skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Gujarati, Hindi and English.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer relationship management skills.
- Good follow-up, coordination, and organizational abilities.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office
