- Make outbound calls to potential customers and generate leads for residential and commercial plots.
- Explain project details, plot sizes, locations, prices, payment plans, and investment benefits to customers.
- Follow up with interested customers and maintain regular communication.
- Schedule site visits and coordinate with the sales team.
- Handle customer queries professionally and provide accurate information about projects.
- Maintain customer databases, call records, and lead status.
- Achieve daily calling targets and monthly lead-generation goals.
- Build valuable relationships with customers and convert inquiries into potential sales.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
