We are looking for a confident and customer-oriented Telecaller to promote telecom products and services, generate leads, and achieve sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
- Handle inbound customer queries and provide accurate information.
- Generate leads and convert them into sales.
- Maintain and update customer databases.
- Follow up with customers and ensure service satisfaction.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and sales targets.
- Resolve customer complaints or escalate them when necessary.
Required Skills
- Valuable communication skills in Tamil and English; Hindi is an added advantage.
- Basic knowledge of telecom products and services.
- Strong convincing and negotiation skills.
- Ability to handle rejection and work under pressure.
- Basic computer knowledge, including MS Office and CRM tools.
