Screenista is rapidly expanding its Intelligent Out-of-Home (OOH) advertising network, and we are looking for enthusiastic, results-driven Tele Callers to join our sales engine.

What You Will Do

- Outbound Calling: Make daily outbound calls to prospective B2B clients (retailers, brands, and local businesses) to introduce Screenista’s digital display advertising solutions.
- Lead Generation: Qualify leads, gauge their advertising needs, and set up qualified appointments or meetings for our senior marketing and sales teams.
- Pitching & Persuasion: Clearly explain the benefits of Intelligent OOH advertising, showing businesses how digital screens can amplify their brand visibility and footfall.
- Pipeline Management: Maintain accurate records of calls, client details, and follow-ups using our CRM or lead management system.
- Follow-ups: Systematically follow up with warm leads to build relationships and push them through the sales funnel.

What We Are Looking For

- Strong Communicator: Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills in both Hindi and English.
- Sales-Driven Mindset:



Confidence in pitching to business owners and a high comfort level with cold calling and overcoming initial objections.
- Experience: 1 to 3 years of prior experience in telecalling, inside sales, lead generation, or BPO (B2B sales experience is a huge plus).
- Tech-Savvy: Basic computer skills and familiarity with tracking daily call sheets or using CRM software.
- Resilience: A positive, energetic attitude with the ability to handle rejection gracefully and keep moving forward.
