Our services include printing, designing, advertising, signage and promotional marketing solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to potential customers and businesses.
- Explain company services and promotional offers.
- Generate leads and schedule client appointments.
- Follow up on enquiries and maintain customer databases.
- Record call details and update lead information.




- Coordinate with the sales team to convert leads into business opportunities.

Requirements

- Valuable communication and telephone etiquette.
- Confidence in speaking with customers.
- Basic computer knowledge and data-entry skills.
- Positive attitude and willingness to achieve targets.
- Previous telecalling or sales experience is preferred; freshers may apply.
