Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
- Explain the company's products or services clearly.
- Generate leads and follow up with interested customers.
- Handle customer queries and provide relevant information.
- Maintain records of calls, customer details, and follow-ups.
- Achieve daily and monthly calling targets.
- Maintain a polite and skilled approach during conversations.
