LETS HEAR – Speech & Hearing Solutions is a professional hearing care provider offering hearing assessments, advanced hearing aids, hearing aid trials, fitting, servicing, and patient support through experienced audiologists.

We are looking for a confident, friendly, and customer-oriented Telecaller / Patient Follow-Up Executive to handle patient enquiries, follow up with potential customers, and schedule appointments for our audiology and hearing care services.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to recent leads and existing patients.
- Follow up with enquiries received through Google Ads, social media, and other marketing channels.
- Explain hearing tests, hearing aid trials, available brands, offers, and clinic services.
- Schedule appointments and coordinate patient visits with audiologists.
- Follow up with patients who have completed hearing tests or hearing aid trials.
- Maintain accurate call records, lead details, and follow-up status.




- Contact existing customers regarding hearing aid servicing and regular follow-ups.
- Support the team in improving appointment bookings and lead conversions.

Requirements

- Good communication skills in English and Kannada.
- Malayalam or Tamil language skills will be an added advantage.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with Excel or CRM software.
- Good telephone etiquette and a positive attitude.
- Ability to follow up consistently and work towards targets.
- Freshers with valuable communication skills are welcome to apply. Previous telecalling or customer service experience is preferred.
