Job Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to patients and prospective customers.
- Handle incoming calls and respond to patient inquiries.
- Explain physiotherapy services and available treatment options.
- Follow up with patients for appointments and clinic visits.
- Schedule appointments and maintain patient records.
- Communicate professionally and maintain good relationships with patients.

Required Skills
- Minimum qualification: 12th Pass.
- Positive communication skills in Hindi and Marathi; English is an advantage.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Friendly, confident, and polite telephone manner.
- Freshers can apply.
