Qualifications & Requirements
- Plus Two or Degree in any discipline.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Experience in the related field
- Fluency in Malayalam, English, and Tamil.
- Good telephone etiquette and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to convince customers and follow up on leads.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential customers.
- Handle enquiries and explain course details.
- Follow up with leads and convert enquiries into admissions.
- Maintain call records and update lead details.
