We are hiring an experienced Telecaller / Academic Counsellor with prior experience in the EdTech industry, preferably in competitive exam preparation.
The candidate will handle student enquiries, explain course details, follow up with leads, and convert prospective students into admissions.
Courses Covered: Government job examinations.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of telecalling or academic counselling experience.
- EdTech or coaching institute experience preferred.
- Experience in Quantitative Aptitude and competitive exam course sales is an added advantage.
- Positive communication, convincing, and follow-up skills.
- Target-oriented and focused on admission conversions.
Age Preference : 18 to 40 years Job Location: Vastu Khand ,Gomti Nagar, Lucknow
Job Type: Full-Time
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
