- Make high-volume outbound calls to prospective buyers from database lists or digital leads.
- Introduce residential or commercial real estate projects, highlighting key selling points, location advantages, pricing, and payment plans.
- Handle incoming property inquiries received via phone, WhatsApp, or web portals.
- Qualify customer requirements (budget, preferred location, property size, and timeline).
- Coordinate and schedule face-to-face site visits or meetings between clients and the sales closing team.
- Follow up consistently with warm and cold leads to nurture long-term interest.
- Log and update all call logs, customer feedback, and lead statuses accurately in the company CRM or database.
- Meet daily and monthly targets for call volume, lead generation, and site visit conversions.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
