About the Role

We are looking for a confident and customer-oriented Telecaller Executive to connect with potential customers, understand their requirements, generate leads, and support the sales team in achieving business targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to prospective customers and follow up on existing leads.
- Explain the company's products and services to potential customers.
- Understand customer requirements and provide relevant information.
- Generate qualified leads and schedule appointments for the sales team.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, customer interactions, and follow-ups.
- Handle customer queries professionally and resolve basic concerns.
- Achieve daily and monthly calling, lead generation, and conversion targets.




- Coordinate with the sales team to ensure timely follow-ups.

Required Skills
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good Hindi communication; basic English proficiency preferred.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and CRM tools.
- Strong convincing, negotiation, and follow-up skills.
- Ability to work in a target-driven setting.
- Positive attitude and customer-focused approach.

Eligibility Criteria
- Minimum qualification: 12th pass or Graduate.
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
- Prior experience in telecalling, telesales, customer support, or lead generation will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
