We are looking for a energetic and customer-focused Customer Relationship Executive to manage client interactions, ensure customer satisfaction, and build long-term relationships. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and a passion for delivering outstanding service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and in person
- Maintain positive relationships with existing and new customers
- Resolve customer complaints efficiently and professionally
- Provide accurate information about products/services
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction
- Maintain customer records and update databases
Job Type: Full-time Pay: From ₹12,000.00 per month
