We are looking for a dynamic, energetic, and communication-driven Telecaller to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact between potential clients and Brightleaf Design Studio. Your primary responsibility will be reaching out to prospective clients, introducing our design services, qualifying leads, and scheduling consultations for our interior design team.

Key Responsibilities

- Outbound Calling: Reach out to prospective home buyers, commercial property owners, and inbound leads via phone to introduce Brightleaf Design Studio's services.

- Lead Qualification: Understand prospective clients' needs, property types, budgets, and project timelines to qualify leads effectively.

- Appointment Scheduling: Book initial design consultations and site visits for our senior interior designers and sales team.

- Follow-ups: Maintain regular follow-ups with leads at various stages of the sales funnel to ensure high conversion rates.

- Database Management: Accurately update and maintain client interaction details, feedback, and appointment statuses in the CRM / lead tracking sheets.

- Service Briefing: Clearly explain our interior design packages, process, and unique value proposition to potential clients.

- Customer Support:



Address initial client queries and maintain a warm, skilled relationship with potential leads.

Key Requirements & Qualifications

- Experience: 0–2 years of experience as a Telecaller, Telesales Executive, or Customer Relationship Executive (experience in Interior Design, Real Estate, or Architecture firm is a big plus).

- Education: Higher Secondary (10+2) or Bachelor’s degree in any stream.

- Communication Skills: Excellent spoken and written communication skills in [Insert Languages, e.g., English, Hindi, Local Language].

- Interpersonal Skills: Warm, persuasive, active listener with a customer-first mindset and high telephone etiquette.

- Basic Computer Proficiency: Familiarity with Excel/Google Sheets, basic CRM software, and email communication.

- Goal-Oriented: Target-driven with a strong desire to meet call volume and appointment goals.
