Tekla Detailer (PEB) (JD)

A Tekla Detailer PEB (Pre-Engineered Buildings) is responsible for creating detailed 3D models, fabrication drawings, erection drawings, and material reports for steel structures using Tekla Structures. The role supports design, fabrication, and site erection teams by providing accurate detailing outputs.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop 3D structural steel and PEB models in Tekla Structures.

- Prepare

- General Arrangement (GA) Drawings

- Assembly Drawings
- Single-Part Drawings

- Fabrication Drawings

- Erection Drawings
- Generate Bills of Materials (BOM), Material Take-Offs (MTO), and NC files.
- Perform connection detailing for bolted and welded connections.
- Coordinate with design engineers, fabrication shops, and site teams.
- Review RFIs and incorporate design revisions.




- Ensure compliance with IS and project specifications.
- Support fabrication and erection activities through accurate detailing.

Required Skills

- Strong knowledge of PEB systems and structural steel detailing.

- Proficiency in

- Tekla Structures

- AutoCAD

- Understanding of

- Structural steel fabrication

- Erection methodology

- Connection design concepts

- Shop drawing standards
- Ability to read structural and architectural drawings.
- Valuable communication and coordination skills.

Qualification

- Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Civil, Structural, or Mechanical Engineering.
- 112 years of experience depending on the role level.
