Job Responsibilities

- Call customers who have pending loan payments.
- Remind customers about overdue EMI payments and due dates.
- Explain the payment process and encourage customers to explicit their pending dues.
- Follow up with customers regarding outstanding payments.
- Maintain daily call records and update customer information in the system.
- Team Leaders must guide team members, monitor daily performance and ensure timely submission of reports.

Requirements





- Good communication skills.
- Knowledge of any two languages: Kannada, English, Hindi, Telugu or Tamil.
- Basic computer knowledge and MS Excel skills.
- Ability to communicate professionally with customers.
- Team management skills are required for the Team Leader position.
