Role & Responsibilities

- Deliver a high-impact, original Tedx-style talk on themes aligned with sustainability, innovation, identity, or social change.
- Collaborate with our content and production team to craft, refine, and rehearse a 10–18 minute talk tailored for global audiences.
- Represent Vilasitawear’s ethos through authentic storytelling that connects emotional resonance with actionable insight.
- Engage with our community pre- and post-talk via social media, live Q&As;, and thought leadership content.
- Participate in promotional campaigns to maximize reach and impact of your talk.
- Adhere to Tedx licensing guidelines while maintaining creative freedom within the brand’s vision.

Skills & Qualifications

- Must-Have




- Proven experience delivering public talks or keynote performances (TEDx, university forums, conferences)
- Exceptional storytelling ability with emotional and logical narrative structure
- Deep subject-matter expertise in sustainability, social impact, or cultural innovation
- Comfort with video production, teleprompters, and live audience engagement
- Strong presence on LinkedIn or personal platform demonstrating thought leadership
- Ability to articulate complex ideas simply and compellingly
- Preferred
- Experience with TEDx event production or curation
- Fluency in multiple Indian languages or regional storytelling traditions
- Track record of viral or widely shared public content (videos, podcasts, articles)
