? Key Responsibilities:

- Preparation of PFDs, P&IDs;, concept layouts, Mass & Energy Balance for new projects
- CAPEX estimation (Class 4) and OPEX calculations for process evaluation
- Support pilot operations team in troubleshooting and process optimization
- Participate in HAZOP, PSSR, and Management of Change (MOC) activities
- Coordinate with R&D; for DoE, TTD package reviews, and new molecule development
- Design and monitor pilot trials along with Process & Operations teams
- Perform ASPEN simulations, distillation studies, and process mapping
- Technical evaluation and clearance of equipment along with vendor coordination




- Support development of technology standards, manuals, and process improvements
- Capture project learnings and implement improvements in pilot trial execution

? Desired Expertise:

- Strong understanding of Process Engineering & Pilot Plant Operations
- Hands-on experience in Mass & Energy Balance calculations
- Knowledge of ASPEN Simulation and process optimization tools
- Experience in projects from concept to commissioning
- Understanding of Chemical Reaction Hazard Analysis & safety studies
- Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and coordination skills
- Exposure to CAPEX/OPEX estimation and process economics
