Qualification:Degree

Year of experience: 5+ Years

MadCap Flare - mandatory

Key Requirements:

- Experience as a Technical Writer, with strong expertise inMadCap Flare.
- Proven ability to create clear, concise, and user-friendly technical documentation.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and XML for documentation customization.
- Experience with version control systems such as Git.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively in a fast-paced setting
- Experience creating and maintaining customer-facing documentation, including User Manuals

Key Responsibilities

- Create and maintain online help systems, release notes, quick start guides, and other product documentation.
- Collaborate with Software Engineering and SQA teams to ensure accurate and clear product documentation.
