We are hiring experienced candidates for the Technical Voice Process at Kolkata. The candidate will be responsible for providing technical support to customers over voice calls, troubleshooting technical issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle inbound/outbound customer calls related to technical issues.

- Troubleshoot and resolve basic to moderate technical problems.

- Identify, diagnose, and document customer issues accurately.

- Provide step-by-step technical assistance to customers.

- Create and update service tickets as required.

- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate technical team.

- Maintain required quality and process standards.

- Ensure excellent customer service and effective communication.

Key Requirements

- Minimum 1 year of experience in Technical Voice / Technical Support / IT Helpdesk.

- Good English communication skills.

- Basic knowledge of hardware, software, networking and Windows troubleshooting.

- Positive customer-handling and problem-solving skills.

- Comfortable with rotational shifts and Work From Office.

Pay: Up to ₹400,000.00 per year
